Hello,

I just wanted to contact you inquiring about a refund. I had ordered my 600g from your Ebay listing approx 48 hours ago and would like to be refunded my $73.77 because I am severely dissatisfied with the lax delivery concerning your part of the agreement. Please respond as soon as possible. I do hope to resolve this situation as promptly as possible without any further complications or involving any other parties. Thank you for you time.

The site itself mentions that if you haven't recieved it after 72 hours you may request a refund.
I've been waiting for two weeks. I'd say they're hurting for an update on those ETA times for gold, huh.
