Help.. They dont play WOW

It has come to my conclusion that no one on staff here plays WOW and none of them are american.

I have to exlain my case to five or six difrrent customer support people and they all give me the same answere every time: " COME
BACK TOMAROW"

And to be honest, its getting old.

Well it all started out fine i bought 100 gold for a (a Nathrezium server.

I know that they did trade me im not faulting them in there, and it was fast delivery service.

BUT IF THEY WOULD READ THE TECH SUPPORT ON WOW ITS DEFININTLY CLEAR THAT THE MAIL SYSTEMS ARE NOT WORKING
PROPERLY AT THIS TIME AND ALL MAIL SENT COULD BE LOST!!

The only way to receive lost mail is to log onto the game and get a WOW Game master to give you back your gold.

After to explaining this to a half-way dumb person they say him well then lets get your gold back and get to it! IT doesnt take 5 days
to long onto WOW and get a Game manager. Maby half an hour at max.  

But do i get any help from support?? HELL NO. One support personel just left the conversation after i explained this to her!! (cindy)

Now dont get me wrong i seriously doubt they could do anything but the supervisor could and theres no way to contact him.

SO what do yall think? SHOULD i get a refund or my gold which i have never received, WHen they CAN get it back??

I am now working with paypall and my lawyer to see if i can file any leagle claims on them and oviously i WILL be getting a refund just looking to hurt them since they like to run and hide.

I highly doubt you have a lawyer considering you play WoW and you can't spell legal correctly. But good look getting your money back anyway.
