where to get the agency in Singapore?

hey guys!

i am a player from singapore, just would like to know that is anyone of you who know how to contact the agency of WoW in Singapore?
I would like to buy the games from them instead of the game shops... u know... save $$$$.... appreciate if you guys can help!
