A few questions

i am thinking about buying some Steely's and probley 100million meso's, i was wondering how long i takes to get the items and money and how its done, like in WoW i always had my money mailed to me wile in GW i had to meet with the people, and i know MS has that little percentage taken off of each traded ammount, do you all cover that percentage?
