I need help, and here's some suggestions...

Well, I have a few suggestions for this company that could make it better, and attract more customers.

First, I will start off with my story about IGSky...

I ordered a powerleveling service for World of Warcraft USA about 3 days ago. The order form said the order would be done in about 2 days, so I signed up because it looked good. It has been 3 days, and no one has even logged on to my account yet.

So, I went to IGsky's technical support center (which seems to be some mass help line with outsourced employees), and asked what was up. They gave me excuse after excuse, here are a few things they told me:
  1. "World of Warcraft is down", while at the same time I was logged in on a different account.
  2. "We have started powerleveling for you", while no one has even touched the account since I ordered it.
  3. "We told the player to start leveling for you", still, no one signs on the account.
and a bunch of other excuses.

Here's the latest conversation I had with someone from support:

Too busy for a paying customer? I demand an answer, I am very angry right now.

They haven't even been on the account. Is this a scam?
Maggie:
Excuse me , can you tell me your ingame name and your email address on the paypal?

Also, your support staff tell me that they are already working on leveling it, when once again no one has been on the account since I placed the order.

If I were to log in to my account right now, it would tell me that my level has not changed.

plz don't login the game

I made a trial account to monitor the levelers status, and my account has not been online, at all.
Maggie:
but we are powerlvling for you now

if finish , we wil send you an email

That's not possible if the account isn't online.
Maggie:
then you will know the lvl is change
Chris:
Obviously your powerlevelers are lying to you. My account, has not been logged in to the game, since i placed the order for the powerleveling.

That means, its impossible for anyone to power level it.

so can't see anything

I'm on the game right now. It's not in maintainence.

That doesn't make any sense. Are you suggesting you use bots to level?

Well they obviously aren't professional. What do you mean by maintainence?
Maggie:
i mean our game need to be in maintainence  one day every month
Chris:
Well every time I come to support, they tell me that they're in maintainence, so someone's lying to me.
Maggie:
no, really now one lie you

trust us
Chris:
I can't trust you right now, when you all promise a service and do not provide.
Chris:
This does not create a good image for your company.
Maggie:

I'd still like a real answer, but it doesn't look like I'll be getting one. I'd like a real time when someone will start this

we will inform you by email in 1/2days after finish powerlvling

That's not what I asked. I asked when someone will START.

we have start , just the game in mantainance, so we stop , but we will finish in 1/2days

Okay. I'm done talking to you about this. I'll give you 2 more days, but the next time I come back, I'm asking for a refund.

It is day 3, and I still haven't recieved my order, nor is anyone making an attempt to complete it. This is making me agitated, especially since I get a different excuse every time I go to support.

Here are my suggestions


1. Make your website actual english, and get support staff who speak english.


No offence, but igsky.com is written in broken english, and the support staff do not speak fluent English. Something should be done about that.

2. Have your website work all the time


I can only get to IGsky.com 50% of the time I try to get there. Perhaps a server switch?

3. Actually deliver on time.


From my experience, and what I have seen around the forums, you do not deliver your goods on time. As paying customers, I think we deserve to get our orders on time.

4. More detailed, and up to date status report


My order report says they're in the middle of leveling, when they are not. Perhaps have it up to date?

5. Better support staff


The livechat for this site is horrible. It needs to function as a support desk, and not a box of excuses.

6. Better forum


I think not being able to post a thread or reply, or PM on the forums until 1/2 hour from the time you register is rediculous.

7. Don't give off the image that your company is a scam.


If you all were more reliable, you would get more business because people would trust you, and I do not right now.

It's true, we'll improve the level of the Service Team. And more training for them.

Someone who visited here may know the earthquake in Taiwan and Japan destoryed the cable between Asia and America. And our server is in Hong Kong. We are planning to move our server to US recently. Sorry for inconvenience.

If a customer get his gold on time, he may log in the game and enjoy the game more. I don't think most of them will visit the forum and post a thread as "I got my gold on time". Lol. Yes, maybe we couldn't deliver the gold to some customers on time, and they will visit the forum and tell us.

And you may find that there is no forum in our competitor, but we do. We are the first. Because we need more communication between our customers and us. And we don't delete any thread which is disbennifit for us (expect spam). Because we know, anyone who visit here and tell us they complaint is our wealthy. Because we know, all customers who get our service, he is looking forward for the best shopping and gaming experience. And we are improving and trying to get it better.

You may find the tip in the status report, the status is only for reference. Because the change of status is manual. Our Power Leveling Service is manual, too. Not bots. So it's very safe.

I will report this to Service Team. I'm very sorry for  inconvenience.

6. Better forum


I think not being able to post a thread or reply, or PM on the forums until 1/2 hour from the time you register is rediculous.

There are too many spam threads in our forum before. When I set the new register only can post after 1/2 hour, the spam is less. OK, I config it now. I promise, anyone can post after he register. And if you wish, you may apply for a moderator in the forum, and delete the spam thread.

If you all were more reliable, you would get more business because people would trust you, and I do not right now.


We are devoting all energy to improving, please trust us. With your support, I think we will do it better.

I agree with most of it..mostly with the livechat..they don't get to the point or they don't word it correctly also they take way to long to reply i asked a simple question and it took her ten minutes  to reply with a "yes" it is very irritating
im not flaming you guys .. you learn from mistakes ..but keep up the good work

As a quick update, I got my issue taken care of after going in there and being more forceful about it.

Adam, I didn't mean disrespect by my post. Just getting a company like this to be successful is an accomplishment. Good luck improving your services.
