Why are Hunters the only class that are allowed to swap trinkets during combat?

And they can do more than just trinkets, they can goto FULL Fire Gear or if a wipe is coming just get completely naked in combat and pay no repairs

You get the point, hunters are the only class allowed to swap items in combat. Not even the rogues can swap out because vanish hardly ever works, even though thats a 5min reageant vs 30 seco cooldown


So blue, why are hunters allowed to manage their equipped items in combat?

Is this a design feature for the class? Perhaps these should be added to the Class Description

Hunters: Never have to pay repair bills! You are allowed to unequip all of your items during combat!

Hunters: Dont fret about balancing your gear for a fight (esp a fight with different stages) you can swap out to whatever you want!

Hunters: You can use trinkets in combat more effectively than any other class. Why wait for that 3 minute cooldown hogging up a slot when you can just equip a passive trinket till its ready?
