I have ordered some gold from your company. I received an email last night saying that before my order can be processed I need to contact your customer service department by phone for confirmation. Well, I've looked all over your website for a phone number & there isn't one! I  sent an email to your supposed customer service this morning only to receive an automated reply telling me to do what I have been unsuccessfully to do since yesterday, & that is ring customer services. I am extremely unhappy by all of this. I am going to stop the transaction going ahead, with my bank, if you do not give me a simple phone number!
Because of this problem I will not be using your company again!
