You won't believe how many times I contacted your online support. Every single time, they tell me the same thing. We have sent your gold bla bla bla, but I have checked my mailbox in WoW like 12 times, either I am blind or there is nothing in mailbox at all. Who do I pm now? You?

I have checked with the GameMaster on WoW to see if its a bug issue or something. But apparently they told me that everything is working FINE and they investigated the case and told me that NO ONE sent me a mail in the past 48 hours.

So the fact is, you guys haven't gave me the gold yet. I am running out of patience as the promise for EU based server is 6-24 hours.

Let us be frank with each other here, this is my first time buying gold off IGsky and pretty much already one of the worse exprience I ever had purchasing something online.

The promised ETA is 6-24 hours for EU server, if you guys are unable to get the required amount of gold within the promised time, please do not mislead the customers.

Yes, No one knows my password or account name. In my mailbox, I only have 3 mails, and all of them are from GameMaster when I ask them if there is a bug with sending mails.
