Need Help with My WoW Customization Study

Hi all,

I am a doctoral students in Instructional Technology and Media program at Teachers College, Columbia University. I am conducting a survey about customizability and its effect on player motivation for our academic interest. Therefore, this survey is conducted entirely for academic research purposes, and it is not affiliated with Blizzard Entertainment.
