well the other day i was playing guitar hero 3 on my 360 and my friend tipped over the 360 by stepping over a cable when that happened the 360 made a loud scraching noise but the game continued to run smoothly next day i went to play gta 4 no problem then i wanted to play guitar hero 3 again and noticed it had a bunch of circular scratches from the disk read drive of my 360 (probably from when it tipped over) i bought the game 8 days ago from gamestop and i know i cant return it for a diffrent game now because im 1 day late but how could i get them to give me another copy of the game? i dont think they will give me a diffrent copy if i tell them what happened

i called and the guy told me it wasnt their fault and if i wanted to return it for store credit i could but for $20 less
