Hi , This is Eric -a newbie,lol.As you may know , I am one of the operators on the customer support .Some of you might have heard of me ,some might not .Some of you may not like me or even hate me because I am not patient enough sometimes .But I just want u to know that I am not a bad guy .If you treet me well , I will do the same and if you not ,neither will I .It's been good to be a operators most of the time .It feels good to receive those smiles and thanks from our customers after helping them. I will give my thanks to all our customers who'd ever had conversations with me , to those who'd been good and bad to me , for them teach me how to communicate with people with patience and honest .

i completely understand . As a customer support , sometimes we suffer continually pestering with endless ridiculous questions but most of our customers are cute.

hi there,cant stop loving this place,we can share everything here,remember that i made a call to one of my customers,he was just like a lazy bone speaking with a lazy voice,that is extremly cute and funny,i am not sure whether one of them are absent-minded or just being slow,after one moment embarassment and he got what i said to him,we burst into laughing both at the same time,funny 2,all in all i like what i am doing now,cheers!

Hello, i¡¯m susan^_^ I named suzy before , my customers told me that suzy is not a good name so I would like to change my name to susan.  I like my job, I enjoy helping my cusotmers . Most of my customers are nice, they help me alot! And I think the most benefit which I gain from this job is friendship.Well, thanks for my job , I have some lifelong friends in diffierent countries . My most impressive customer is Gene. At first he was my customer but latter he became my best friend in the USA. I really like the wonderful pictures which he showed me and I also appreciate his humors. It was fun to share his pictures. I always can¡¯t help to laughing when I think of his word ¡°OMG, money burns a hold in my pocket¡± . I wanna say hi to him here and i love my frineds forever ^_^

Yes Costumers Are very funny me as a super moderator they think i work there sometimes. For example i got a email saying, Hi is very nice to meat you I was wondering if you could give me free runesacpe gold because i lost my account and I'm poor now. lol it made me LTMS.

lmao hahah ...yeah , i had that experience too.

Your costumer support is very good. Ive written various tickets to the livechat and got my answer within 30seconds

sometime we  dont have stock so that we keep  you waiting,but customers arent angry, i appreciate it ,thank you for all your patience
