1) you want to create a new mail because the offers you are doing is going to pay you $.50-$35.00 depending on the ones you choose and at the same time it's going to spam your email with junk.  they pay you in pay pal or if you want to receive a check, that's fine.  I'm recommending pay pal because Nexon.net allows you to purchase nx at their site with pay pal.

2)after you register, confirm and activate the account in the email you used. during registration, it asks for check or paypal, put check for now.  then when you have a paypal, enter it in.  if you do not have a pay pal, i am always happy to guide you through the process of making one.  it doesn't take much really.

3)you wonder what to do after you've made the account?  you go do cash offers(located top left) to earn money.

I was also confused at first and thought this was a scam.
First of all, it's not.  I have to tell you, if you do not trust the site after you register, you shouldn't you use real address yet.  use one of you friends or something easy to remember.
Second of all, back to "cash offers" cash offer is where a company like "mcdonalds, pizza hut, dominoz, pepsi, etc. pays the site to sign up under them.  they want to open new locations.  But they need to get information about their products to see if the people around their likes their stuff first. So, the sites pays you to sign up under these and give your location, name, address, phone, blah blah... answer which is better coke or pepsi so they can put it as their number 1 soda(weird right?)  but all these things to them are information about their product.  thats why you put an address, so they would know if they have a franchise there and see if it's making money.  The Big Company(mcdonalds, pizza) pays 1 dollar to the site for each completion of information, the site pays us $.50 cents to complete, so it's like 50/50.  so as you can see, it's really not stealing or anything.  all the money comes from the advertisers.  Okay back of "cash offers"

so now you know a little about the business.  In order to complete a cash offer, you find one that you want to complete, it's the link in blue...  in the middle of it should be what it asks for:  
Enter Zip with intent to particpate --- means you enter your zip and info with intent to particpate
enter with accurate information---- means to enter your email, with your address and name on second page
join the survey panal--- survey panal is a "fancy" word for join the site .  it means just to register and confirm the account

5) after you complete an offer, you click done on the site.  it's next to the link you chose to do.

6) wait for approval and get credited. in cash.. not points and stuff.  and on the 15th-20th you can cash out. as in, send as a check or paypal.
