I placed an order for wow gold. They said "oh we sent it, here is the video". But strangly, I never recieved my order, their idea, "oh well blizzard deleted the mail". Come on, I'm not stupid, if Blilzz would of done that, my account would be banned, don't play me for an idiot. I tried to contact customer support and was told I was being fraudulent, when I have just as much proof that I didn't get the order. They kept saying, "oh just contact customer support and they
will fix it". Well all I got was a run around and a loss of $50. I keep seeing other complaints, and the response is "tell me your info and I'll look into it. So here

Yes I filled a complaint when customer service would not help me, they kept blaming me and blizzard. And no the  money was not reversed. That is the 3rd
time I have heard that, and agian no money was reversed. HOwever if we can't find a solution to this, I guess that is an option.
