i feel like ive been playing way too much runescape i got a pure from lvl 3 too lvl 52 mage 55 range 50 hp 40 atk 38 str cb 39 in only a week and 3 days =0.  

what can i do to limit my self?

ive been trying to make a rule that every 30 min i do home work i get to play 15 mins of rs and if i feel like im going to break the rule i walk away from the computer.
this strategy works but sometimes i break the rule



any other suggestions?
