you can but it takes along time to make a good server i didnt create one but my friends brother created one and he is been working onit for 3 months now

I got it..

Ive downloaded Moparscape but how do I create a server and get all the items and stuff like that?? Ive got my own thread but nobody will answer me on it so maybe ill have better luck on this thread considering there are more posts??
