When I ordered powerlevelling from you guys, I was told that it is totally safe and that you guys do not use any bots/hacks etc. but 2 days after I ordered powerlevelling, my account was banned.

When I talked to your customer service department they said they cant do anything now and I will have to bear my loss.

They told me that I will get my money back for powerlevelling but not for other losses for buying a new game  and the hardwork and the monthly fee that I have been paying.

I asked them that I should atleast be given my money to buy a new (WoW+burning crusade) to which they refused.

When I asked for the legal information from the representatives, they refused to provide that, now I am not sure if any of the managers of IGSKY  were informed or not, but they should be aware of the fact that refusing to legal information can lead to banning your website.

i have talked to my lawyer and he has confirmed it.

This post is my last step before I approach the judiciary as I can not let you guys fraud other people like that.

All i am asking now is for the company to behave maturely and return my money atleast for  a new game (WoW+Burning Crusade).

You make a mistake

It is sure that you didnot ordered powerleveling on www.igsky.com.
Please think carefully which website did you visit and ordered powerleveling.

You can check you payment details.

If your customer support is sharing their support with other websites, then Im not sur ewhich website I ordered from, but I did order from IGSKY's customer support.

i think Eva have make a clear explain.you make order in other website not in igsky.And you have said you have send
payment to gamevirtualgoods@hotmail.com  not sales@igsky.com Eva have said igsky's paypal is sales@igsky.com too
