Powerlevel BANNAGE

I bought powerlevling level 3-25 from this site and it seemed like it was making good progress. The last time i checked i was level 21. I went to bed and woke up to find my account banned. No warnings or anything!! I was absolutley furious when i found this out and I talked to blizzard and got no answer! What could u have possibly done to get my account banned?? It would be nice if i could get a refund or another character powerleveled.
