I placed a Powerlvling order for 1-60 on 3-19-2007. On the 20th it was banned. no warning, no suspension just straight out banned.  I contacted your customer support and was told to contact blizzard and that if we couldn't get it resolved I would receive a full refund.   I got in contact with them and they once again said NO. to me getting the account back.  So I then got back in touch with your customer support to be told SORRY but we cant give a full refund and after that the operator had to leave to "download updates"  WTF?!?!?

  Yeah, the people on the end of the live help are extrenely annoying.  I had the same 'operator' as you and she was so vague with everything she said!  i asked how muh guild wars gold they had in stock at the minute and she 'can't answer that question for security reasons'.  there were so many of ym questions left un-answered.  I was happy in the end, as i recieved my gold, but good luck to you in sorting this one out.

Blizzard is still saying a definite NO to getting my account back, even after reviewing my case again they still said NO & that if I wished to email them about another issue to please do so just not discuss this account any longer.   

I also just finished a conversation with (Customer Support) and it went a lot better this time.

So hopefully now I will be getting a Full Refund.  I ll up date this thread if not.

I just got a notice from paypal that I have a full refund and the money has been placed into my account.   Thank you for issuing me a FULL refund and sorry that is came to this.
