What is it U canīt find, my ordre or what. Iīve gave all the info about it.
Iīm sure U canīt give me the Cloth/Ammor back that Iīve lost, but the Bags (12 Slot) and my gold I want back.
Itīs hard find it funny, when Iīve returned too my characters and see itīs all gone, so please make good NOW!

Delayed order!

I ordered 2000 WoW gold from your site Sunday 22. of April. I have still not seen as much as a copper from you.
When I talk to your customer support, all they say is "Sorry, we're out of stock" This means you have not worked on my order two weeks after I made the order. On your website you have adverts going "We're the best, safest and quickest gold sellers" or something like that. In this case, your adverts lie. Your job is to give your customers what they pay for, and in this case I am the customer. You have had my money for almost three weeks and you havent even started working on the order.

I assume and even expect I will get some kind of compensation for this waste of time.

Never been so INSULTED

I just finished dealing with BELL, your operator.
I bought 500 gold and was asked to confirm my information.
This guy asked me for my phone number and proceeded to call me... asked me my age, and what I did for a living.
Then when we came back in chat... he said he did not believe I was as old as I said I was.. (41)... told me I sounded too young to be an adult MALE..... seems like BELL here has never heard of WOMEN playing video games.

He refused to honor my purchase and refunded my money.....

If this how you expect to have a clientele, maybe you should teach your operators the difference between men and women, and how they sound like on the bloody telephone.

My response was moved from the COMPLAINT area to the Announcement area.

The insult remains.... so is the error in judgement.... and the issue.
This is far from being anywhere near RESOLVED.
