Someone asked me why I haven't log in my gmail to reply, because I could not log in gmail sometimes.  :cry:  

Maybe there is something wrong with gmail server, or my connection. :roll:

i need both explanation and compensation

i'm the 65 rogue Slimty in stormreaver. u guys phoned me and told me my pw is changed. that is funny because i only gave my pw to u guys. the second and only other party that knows the pw is me. so if i didn't change it, u guys must have. fortunately i was able to get a new password from blizzard. and guess what, my gold are gone. your company is responsible for this.  please make an decent explanation in english that i can understand and please do not bullshit me about anything. the damage is severe so i will ask for equivalent compensation.

the online customer support is unable to help with anything and it wasted my time. i could not understand what kind of language she(Janet) is speaking

she said the guy who powerlevels for me is not working right now.  i find that funny because i dun care whether the guy is dead or alive i want an explanation for my loss.  during the online conversation i feel Janet is not willing to help me.  
the deadline is near and i'm afraid that u guys can't level my rogue to 68, like i ordered.

the customer support team should include someone who is empowered and is able to speak proper english.

my golds were taken away
i just received an email from u guys that u ppl would lvl one extra lvl for me, put the golds back, and make me gears.
i'm cool with that, and i hope my powerleveling ends peacefully.

Stolen all my stuff

Hi Daniel,
I was powerleveling Apr. 19 from level 31–40 and U guys did a very good job, but there something missing from my Characters.

WOW Azjol-Nerub (EU)

  • Character (Krolldemon) : Missing all Cloth, Ammor, All my Bags(4) + all my money which was about 700G.
  • Character (Timm) : 500G

I just couldnīt believe my own eyes.
Please make good again.
