4rr probly doesn't even own a runescape account!!! The program hes using is moparscape!!!! you can get anything you want! anytime... you start off at lvl 126 usally... They didn't even make 4000 of each party hat!!!

hacker oh no!

hey my lvl 98 main got hacked like 3 weeks ago it sucks. i hate people who do that i had 14 mill on their too
